How we handle a call
We ask what happened and where, identify immediate safety concerns, and explain honestly how soon we can get there. On site we assess before choosing a method, then discuss removal, stabilization, debris clearing, and access restoration as appropriate before agreeing on scope.
What we look at on site
Tree position and condition, structures and vehicles, hanging limbs, access routes, ground conditions, debris, and whether equipment or crane-assisted work is called for. Any work near power lines is considered only where properly qualified and authorized.
What to expect after a storm
Timing depends on conditions and our current work. We do not promise 24/7 service or a guaranteed response time. Work may include fallen-tree removal, debris hauling, clearing blocked access, post-storm assessment, or relevant insurance-related tree-work documentation. We do not promise insurance coverage.
