Wildlife Damage Repair & Attic Restoration
Address the damage, the entry point, and the mess wildlife leaves behind.
Repair after the animal is addressed
Animal removal, exclusion, and damage repair are related but distinct. We establish that the animal situation is handled lawfully and safely before closing openings or restoring affected areas.
Attic and building damage we can assess
Attic inspection, nesting material, insulation damage, entry holes, soffit and fascia, roof and gable vents, roofline, siding and trim, crawl-space vents, and related damage. We do not imply licensed construction trades we do not provide.
Attic restoration, step by step
We assess access and affected materials, explain the scope, and use protective equipment and proper safety procedures for animal-waste cleanup. We remove affected nesting or insulation as appropriate, then discuss cleaning, sanitation, odor treatment, and replacement insulation, and review entry-point repair and exclusion needs. We do not claim full decontamination or guaranteed odor removal.
What we look at before work
Animal signs and entry routes, affected materials, ventilation and roofline details, safe access, crawl-space conditions, and work boundaries.
Repairs that close the loop
Soffit and fascia repair or replacement, roof vent or gable vent repair or replacement, chimney cap or screening, opening repairs, crawl-space vent replacement, insulation removal or replacement, and minor repairs may be part of the scope where appropriate.
What to expect
The affected area and scope are determined on site. Cleanup and insulation choices vary. We describe only the work agreed in advance.
