Wildlife Exclusion in North Georgia
Close the openings wildlife uses, after the situation is ready for exclusion.
Make exclusion part of the solution
Removing an animal may be only half the work. Inspecting the building and properly timing sealing can help reduce repeat entry. We do not promise an animal can never return, but closing the openings it used is the step that helps.
Where animals may get in
Rooflines, soffits, attic openings, vents, foundation gaps, crawl spaces, chimneys, and other openings are the places we look for on site.
How exclusion works
We hear the history, then inspect entry signs and the building envelope. We determine whether animals remain inside and whether exclusion is lawful and timely, then explain sealing, screening, one-way devices, or repair. We complete the agreed work and discuss follow-up.
What we check before sealing
We look for evidence of active animals, the entry route, opening size and location, roofline and vent condition, crawl space and foundation access, safe access, and any species-specific restrictions.
Exclusion methods depend on the animal and site
Screening, vent protection, chimney caps, foundation-gap sealing, crawl-space exclusion, bird deterrents, and one-way devices may fit where appropriate and legally allowed. For bats, exclusion follows Georgia wildlife rules, including seasonal limits that protect young bats.
Homes and commercial properties
Exclusion can apply to houses, buildings, and commercial properties. We do not offer an absolute exclusion warranty, because no method can promise an animal will never return.
