A calm, humane first step

Wildlife removal for residential and commercial properties is approached carefully and legally. We start by understanding what you are seeing and where, then figure out the right next step without rushing the animal or the plan.

Wildlife situations we can discuss

Raccoons, squirrels, opossums, skunks, groundhogs, armadillos, snakes, rats and mice, birds, beavers, coyotes, and dead animals are examples we can discuss, depending on the situation and applicable law. Not every species or method is available in every circumstance.

When wildlife is inside

We handle situations in homes, attics, crawl spaces, chimneys, walls, and commercial buildings. If there is immediate danger, keep your distance and contact emergency services or the appropriate authorities. Do not corner or handle a wild animal.

How we approach a call

We hear what you saw and where, then assess the signs and access in person. We identify lawful and humane options, explain the removal, and talk through whether follow-up exclusion or repair is needed. Trapping or relocation is used only where legally permitted.

Removal is not always the whole job

Once the animal is out and it is lawful and safe to do so, we identify entry points and discuss sealing and repair to help address repeat entry. We do not promise an animal can never return, but closing the openings is the next step that matters.

Outdoor wildlife and property protection

Burrows, activity under a deck, shed, or porch, garden and outbuilding protection, and other property-focused concerns can be discussed. We look at humane, lawful prevention choices based on the site conditions.
